In celebration of International Women’s Day (IWD) 2024, we’re embracing this year’s theme, ‘Inspire Inclusion’, to highlight the pivotal role women play across our organisation.
As a leading biosciences company with dedicated teams in the UK and the US, we’re proud of our diverse workforce of female scientists in a team that extends to include significant contributions in commercial, operations, management, administration, and finance roles.
This year’s theme, “Inspire Inclusion,” resonates deeply with our core values. We understand the importance of creating an inclusive environment where every member, regardless of gender, is valued, respected, and given equal opportunity to contribute and excel.
