Genesis Biosciences at the New Horizons Cleaning Products Conference 2017

On the 20th September, our very own Dr. Emma Saunders will be giving a talk at the New Horizons Cleaning Products Conference 2017 in Phoenix, Arizona.

With a range of performance-driven microbial products, in which we’ve invested 35,000 man hours and in excess of $2.5 million, our microbial development expertise sees us lead the way in application-specific products for a range of markets.

Emma’s talk is titled: ‘Microbial ‘Probiotic’ Cleaners: A European Perspective’.

“I am delighted to have been invited to speak at the CSPA 2017 New Horizons conference and am looking forward to sharing some insight into exciting possible applications of cleaning products containing beneficial microbes with the US market.” – Emma Saunders, General Manager of Genesis Biosciences.

“Recent developments in EU regulations, concerns over the rise of Healthcare Associated Infections (HAIs) and emergence of drug resistant microorganisms are fuelling the demand for alternative efficacious, cost-effective, sustainable cleaning solutions.

“Genesis Biosciences is at the forefront of this movement, with its application-specific Bacillus technology.”

“I’m excited to be spreading the word about the benefits of microbial cleaning technology at such a prestigious event, and look forward to making a case for sustainable cleaning.”

Emma’s talk will take place on Wednesday 20th of September in the Apache & Navajo Hallway of the Phoenix Marriott in Tempe, Arizona.

If you’re attending the conference, come along to watch – we hope to see you there!

More info about the New Horizons Conference

The conference, primarily for cleaning products professionals, will focus on the latest technologies and the challenges of emerging trends in the field – something our General Manager is an expert on.

Professionals come together to discuss the landscape of the cleaning industry, looking at everything from designing packaging for e-commerce to sustainability and innovations in ‘smart’ technology.

Wednesday the 20th begins with the theme ‘Microbiome of the Built Environment‘, and it is during this specialised session that Emma will be giving her talk on microbial ‘probiotic’ cleaners.

The New Horizons conference, hosted and organised by the Consumer Specialty Products Association (CSPA), is only held once every three years. This year will see speakers and guests from the likes of GE Appliances, Columbia University, Dow Chemical, Northwestern University and University of California Berkeley.

Visit the CSPA website for more information.
